Tuesday - 9:30 to 10:15 am
     Hatha Yoga Level 1 (weekly)
     Focus: Alignment, flexibility, strength, breath work and balance

Tuesday - 12:00 to 1:00 pm
     Noon Yoga for All (weekly)
    
Focus: Enjoy energizing Hatha with breath awareness and
              
mindfulness

Wednesday - 8:00 to 9:15 am
     Hatha Yoga Levels 1 to 2 (weekly)
     Focus: Alignment, flexibility, strength, breath work and balance

Thursday - 6:00 to 7:30 pm
     Candlelight Restorative Yoga Workshop
(3rd Thursday/month)     
     Focus: End your busy day with rejuvenating and deeply relaxing
                restorative poses and meditation

Class Levels
     Level 1 - Beginning (no experience necessary)
     Level 1 - 2 - Continuing Beginner (3 months + experience)

I have learned so much in my yoga classes with Susan. She's a very gifted teacher, working with each of us to explain the poses and to correct our positions. I like her method because she focuses on a theme and works on a particular part of the body to increase flexibility and strength.
